DJ (He/They) is a B.S. Graphic Design & English Undergraduate at Illinois State University. Their work is spontaneous, vibrant, personal, and surreal. DJ's work swings from areas of branding & print design, to watercolor mixed media, to book and paper preservation. From design, to photo, to illustration, and to writing, DJ is a creative explorer: they love to work with any and all tools they can get their hands on.

They’re a chronic Wikipedia article reader, a meticulous bookbinder, and a fierce Dungeons & Dragons player. His goal is to craft joy and celebrate community through his visual work. DJ is an award recipient of the Stephanie Amster Design scholarship and a two time recipient of the Elizabeth Stein Art scholarship. Their work was featured in Activator Magazine, FilthyGLO Magazine, F-Newsmagazine, Sunnyside Art Gallery, and Dragonfly Art Gallery.
